Eligibility
The Foundation makes grants to non-profit organizations
exempt from Federal taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of
the Internal Revenue Code. Non-profit organizations that
are supporting organizations, or classified as 509(a)(3)
are ineligible. The Foundation does not make grants or
loans to individuals.

Geographic Focus
Grants are made primarily in Northern California and
Hawaii. Preference is given to organizations domiciled or
providing service in the following East Bay counties:
Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma.
